Account Setup. To subscribe to the Service, Subscriber must establish its Account, which may only be accessed and used by its Account Users. To setup an Account User, Subscriber agrees to provide true and accurate information for such Account Users. Each Account User must establish and maintain personal, non-transferable Access Credentials, which shall not be shared with, or used by, any other individual. Subscriber must not create Account User(s) in a manner that intends to or has the effect of avoiding Fees, circumvents thresholds with the Account, or intends to violate the Agreement.

Account Setup. To subscribe to the Service, Subscriber must establish its Account, which may only be accessed and used by its Account Users. To setup an Account User, Subscriber must provide DSI (and agree to maintain, promptly update and keep) true, accurate, current and complete information for such Account User. If Subscriber or any applicable Account User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, DSI has the right to immediately suspend or terminate Subscriber’s Account and usage of the Service and API and refuse any and all future use. Each Account User must establish and maintain personal, non-transferable Access Credentials, which shall not be shared with, or used by, any other Third Party. Subscriber may not transfer an Account User’s Access Credentials and/or its right to access and use the Service to a different user. Subscriber shall be solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under its Account, including all acts and omissions of its Account Users. Subscriber shall notify DSI immediately of any unauthorized use of its Account and/or any other breach of security of the Service that it suspects or becomes aware of.

Account Setup. (a) In order to make use of the Services You will be required to register and have an account opened ("Account"). You will be requested to provide certain mandatory information, including among other things, Your full name, email, company name, address, country, phone number (“Registration Data”). Once You signup online by self registration, or through a QualiSystems' sale representative, QualiSystems will set up initial access to the Services through Your Account on Your behalf (or set up by You in case of self registration). You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete Registration Data as prompted by the registration process and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your user name and password and any other security or access information used by You to access Account. You agree that Your password shall be non-transferable. You further agree not to impersonate another person in Your use of the Account. You shall designate a person on Your behalf to act as Account administrator for purpose of managing and overlooking the Account, including adding or erasing Users. After initial set up by QualiSystems, all Accounts shall be fully managed by You. You will access the Services through Your Account.
Account Setup. In order to access the Service, Customer is required to set up an administrative account with Company, by submitting the information requested in the applicable Service interface (“Account”), and each User may need to set up a user account (each, a “User Account”, and references herein to the “Account” shall be deemed to include all such User Accounts if applicable). Customer warrants that all information submitted during the registration process is, and will thereafter remain, complete and accurate. Customer shall be responsible and liable for all activities that occur under or in the Account. Customer will require that all Users keep user ID and password information strictly confidential and not share such information with any unauthorized person. Customer will ensure that all Users comply with the terms of this Agreement at all times and shall be fully responsible and liable for any breach of this Agreement by a User. Unauthorized access or use of the Service must be immediately reported by Customer to the Company.

In creating an Account, you represent that you are of legal age (as determined by the state in which you reside) to form a binding contract. During this phase, account customizations and user permissions can be set, custom packages to reflect your requirements can be built, etc. Additionally, our Onboarding Specialists will proactively provide status updates as key milestones are accomplished. Client Training CastleBranch's Customer Experience Specialists will schedule and conduct staff training. This is a value-added service provided to our clients at no additional charge. Our team will conduct as many training sessions as needed to ensure your staff fully understands how to navigate and use our system. The Customer Experience Specialists offer multiple training resources to new clients during and following the implementation period. Webinars are available for clients to see the applicant- and client-based websites in use. Demo accounts are also available as new client users are added, allowing users a hands-on experience with the CastleBranch systems. Customer Experience Specialists will offer one of two training options to new clients: Train the Trainer or Train the User. A standard training session is one or two hours. During training, CastleBranch will: • Provide online demonstrations on how to process an order, view returns and create management reports • Explain the purpose of Document Center and how to access important documents • Provide all written user documentation • Demonstrate how to create standard and ad hoc reports • Review applicable regulations related to the consumer reporting industry As your agency hires additional staff, CastleBranch will conduct new hire or refresher training as part of your inclusive, price-guaranteed agreement. Furthermore, authorized users will always be kept apprised of any product changes or updates to laws regulating the background screening industry via our online system and through email, if requested. If necessary, Account Executives or Customer Experience Specialists are also available for in-person meetings. Additionally, CastleBranch will provide useful articles, documents, forms and instructions located in our system's client library. These documents are available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week and contain information pertaining to state and FCRA regulations, the definitions of commonly used abbreviations and more. Account Setup. Email on file We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. If you ask us to register a domain over the phone or in person we may register your domain in a Netwizard holding account, this does not mean we own the domain, it simply saves time. If you need the domain registrant changed at any time there will be a charge imposed. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. If you have a domain name registered with Netwizard, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is correct and up-to-date. Netwizard is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales team via email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

Subscriber shall be solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under its Account, including all acts and omissions of its Account Users. Subscriber shall notify DSI immediately of any unauthorized use of its Account and/or any other breach of security of the Services that it suspects or becomes aware of.
