ACH Transfers. I authorize Alpaca, at its discretion and without further prior notice, to utilize an electronic check process or Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) facility to draft funds in the amount of any of My checks payable to Alpaca, its agents or assigns. Money deposited via ACH is normally not available for withdrawal for 5 to 10 business days. Within 63 days of the date of My ACH deposit, My funds may only be withdrawn to the bank account from which such funds were deposited. I understand that for the ACH transfers to be established, at least one common name must match exactly between My Alpaca and bank accounts. To send and receive ACHs, My bank must be a member of the ACH system. For ACH transactions, I hereby grant You limited power of attorney for purposes of redeeming any shares in My Account if the payment exceeds available free credits and direct You to accept any orders to make payments to an authorized bank account and to fulfill these orders through the redemption of shares in My Account if the payment exceeds available free credits. In addition, if I or any joint account owner decides to rescind an ACH transfer, I hereby direct and grant You power of attorney to redeem any shares necessary to fulfill and make such rescission regardless if I incur any loss. An ACH bank reversal may occur when (A) there are insufficient funds in My bank account, (B) there is a duplicate transaction, (C) the transaction is denied, or (D) the type of account is incorrect. I acknowledge that in the event of an ACH bank reversal, I will incur a fee. Before making an ACH transfer, I agree to check Xxxxxx’s most recent Fees Schedule, available upon request. I agree that I am solely liable and responsible for any ACH reversal fees that I incur.

Money deposited via ACH is normally not available for withdrawal for five (5) to ten (10) business days. Within calendar 63 days of the date of the Customer’s ACH deposit, the Customer’s funds may only be withdrawn to the bank account from which such funds were deposited. The Customer understands that for the ACH transfers to be established, at least one common name must match exactly between the Customer Accounts at the Broker and bank accounts. To send and receive ACHs, The Customer’s bank must be a member of the ACH system. For ACH transactions, the Customer hereby grant the Broker limited power of attorney for purposes of redeeming any shares in the Customer Account and direct the Broker to accept any orders to make payments to an authorized bank account and to fulfill these orders through the redemption of shares in the Customer Account. In addition, if the Customer or any joint account owner decides to rescind an ACH transfer, the Customer hereby directs and grants the Broker power of attorney to redeem any shares necessary to fulfill and make such rescission regardless of whether the Customer incurs any loss. ACH Transfers. Upon your request, we will make electronic transfers from your designated and active FT Accounts via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system in the amount you specify. You agree that such requests made with this Service constitute your written authorization for such transfers. You understand that your bank may limit the number of transactions that you authorize using your savings or money market account.
ACH Transfers. If offered, you may initiate or receive credits or debits to your account via ACH transfer. You agree that if you receive funds by an ACH transfer, WECU is not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your periodic statement. Credit given by WECU to you with respect to an ACH credit entry is provisional until WECU receives final settlement for such an entry through a Federal Reserve Bank. If WECU does not receive such final settlement, you are hereby notified and agree that WECU is entitled a refund of the provisional amount credited to you in connection with such entry, and the party making payment to you, i.e. the originator of the entry, via such entry shall not be deemed to have paid you the amount of such entry. WECU (and other institutions) may rely on the account or other identifying number you give as the proper identification number, even if it identifies a different party or institution. ACH transactions are governed by the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Under those rules, WECU is not required to give next day notice to you of receipt of an ACH item, and WECU will not do so. However, WECU will continue to notify you of the receipt of ACH payments in your periodic statement.
ACH Transfers. This Agreement is subject to Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code - Fund Transfers as adopted in the state in which you have your account with us. If you originate a fund transfer and you identify by name and number a beneficiary financial institution, an intermediary financial institution or a beneficiary, we and every receiving or beneficiary financial institution may rely on the identifying number to make payment. We may rely on the number even if it identifies a financial institution, person or account other than the one named. You agree to be bound by automated clearing house association rules. These rules provide, among other things, that payments made to you, or originated by you, are provisional until final settlement is made through a Federal Reserve Bank or payment is otherwise made as provided in Article 4A-403(a) of the Uniform Commercial Code. If we do not receive such payment, we are entitled to a refund from you in the amount credited to your account and the party originating such payment will not be considered to have paid the amount so credited. Credit entries may be made by ACH. If we receive a payment order to credit your Account by ACH, we are not required to give you any notice of the payment order or credit.
ACH Transfers. If you receive a credit from a third party into your account by means of an automated clearing house (“ACH”), any deposit or payment order via the ACH made to your account(s) will be provisional. It will be subject to refund until final settlement through a Federal Reserve Bank occurs or we have received payment as provided in the Uniform Commercial Code. In the case of receipt of such a credit, (a) we do not have to give you notice of receipt of the entry, (b) you agree that such entry may be transmitted through one or more ACHs, (c) you agree to be bound by the rules of such ACHs, and (d) your rights and obligations with respect to such entry will be construed in accor- dance with and governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Post-Dated Checks If the date on a check is later than the date the check was issued, the check is called “post-dated.” We will not look to see if a check is post-dated when we determine whether or not to pay the check. We have the right to charge against your account any payment we make on a post-dated check before the date on the check, unless you have given us notice of the post-dated check. The notice must describe the check with reasonable certainty. If the notice does not do so, or if we do not have a reasonable opportunity to act on the notice, we will not be liable if we pay the check before the date on the check or if such payment causes other checks to be returned for insufficient
ACH Transfers. If Bank allows Company to transfer funds in United States Dollars via this function by automated clearing house (“ACH”) debit entries or ACH credit entries, either as a single payment or regularly recurring payment from time to time outside Bank’s Online Xxxx Pay services, all such ACH entries are subject to Bank’s service agreement/schedule for such ACH entries.

ACH Transfers. If you initiate a wire or ACH transfer from your account at another institution to your Credit Union account (called “ACH debit transfer”), the funds transferred in this way to your Credit Union account will be available on the first business day after the day we receive the deposit, at which time you withdraw the funds in cash and we will use them to pay checks you have written. However, the funds that you transfer by wire or ACH to your Credit Unions account from your account at another institution cannot be wired out of your Credit Union account to a non-Credit Union account until the third business day after the day we receive the deposit. IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY FOR MOST OTHER ITEMS. Our general availability policy for items not listed in the prior section is to make funds available to you on the first business day after the day of deposit. We generally make some portion of a day’s deposits available for withdrawal immediately. See the previous section for the types and amounts of deposits that are available immediately. LONGER DELAYS MAY APPLY. In some cases involving paper checks, we will not make all of the funds that you deposit available to you as provided above. The first $225 of your deposits, however, will generally be available no later than the first business day after the day of deposit, and usually immediately. If we are not going to make all of the funds from your deposit available on the first business day, we will notify you at the time you make your deposit; or soon after as reasonably practical. We will also tell you when the funds will be available. If your deposit is not made directly to one of our employees (including a deposit made at an ATM) or if we decide to take this action after you have left the premises, we will contact you by the day after we receive your deposit. If you will need the funds from a deposit right away, you should ask us when the funds will be available. In addition, funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances:  We believe a check you deposit will not be paid  “Large Deposits” - You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525 on any one day  You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid  You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six months  There is an emergency, such as failure of computer or communications equipment We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the fund...
