Access to the Services. 2.1 Subject to the restrictions set out in this clause 2 and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement (including any Feature as a Service Terms), we hereby grant to you a non- exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sub-licences:

Customer may not assign, transfer, or delegate its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of OpenTech. All terms of this Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
Access to the Services. Partner School agrees to limit access to the Program and the Services to students currently enrolled in the Partner School with an account on the Services (“Student Users”). In addition, Partner School agrees to limit access to the Program and the Services to the parents and legal guardians of Student Users, and the teachers, employees, officials, or agents (“Licensed Users”) who have accepted the User Terms of Service.
