Additional Support. Tar Heel will provide frequent flyer program support on market terms to be agreed upon. In addition, Tar Heel will, if requested by the buyer and if reasonably practicable, provide to such buyer revenue accounting services, maintenance services, training services, fuel purchasing services and other services necessary for such buyer to operate Capitol Air upon market terms to be agreed upon.
