Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.
Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 8.3.
(i) IN GENERAL.—The term base amount’ means, with respect to any quarter, an amount equal to 3 times the sum of the adjusted disburse- ments from the plan for the 12 months ending on the last day of such quarter.

(A) IN GENERAL.—The term multiple tax’ means any tax that is imposed by one State or political subdivision thereof on the same or essentially the same electronic commerce that is also subject to another tax imposed by another State or political subdivision thereof (whether or not at the same rate or on the same basis), without a credit (for ex- ample, a resale exemption certificate) for taxes paid in other jurisdictions.
Change Control Procedure has the meaning set out at Clause 28.1;
AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Estonian Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Estonia to which such Reporting Estonian Financial Institution is subject.
MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation means the regulation of NZOC relation to the nomination and selection Process for all Olympic and Commonwealth games, including the Games.
Staff Vetting Procedures the Department's procedures and departmental policies for the vetting of personnel whose role will involve the handling of information of a sensitive or confidential nature or the handling of information which is subject to any relevant security measures, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Official Secrets Act 1911 to 1989;
Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.
Administration of Medication means the act of placing a medication in or on an individual's body by a staff member who is responsible for the individual's care.

Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;
Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
Follow-up means the organized method of systematically determining the status of consumers after they have been discharged to determine post-treatment outcomes and utilization of post-treatment referrals.
