By Service a. For investment management services provided under this Agreement, the ADVISER’s fee shall be based upon a percentage (%) of the market value of the Assets under management in accordance with the fee schedule enclosed herewith as “Appendix A.”
By Service. Contractor shall provide, at no charge to County or the requesting agency, stand-by services at the scene of an emergency incident within the EOA when directed by an EMS Agency-approved EMD center upon request of a public safety agency. A unit placed on stand-by shall be dedicated to the incident for which it has been placed on stand-by unless released by the EMS Director or his / her designee. Stand-by periods exceeding four (4) hours shall be approved by the EMS Director or his / her designee Mutual Aid. State or Federal mutual aid requests. Contractor must respond to requests for mutual aid made by the State or Federal government as part of a state/federal response system, if directed to do so by the EMS Director. In-County mutual aid requests. Contractor shall comply with direction regarding mutual aid which may be provided by the EMS Director or his/her designee and shall respond to mutual aid requests from other Alameda County agencies unless the Operations Supervisor or Dispatch/System Status Supervisor can verify that a given request would fundamentally cause immediate failure in a Deployment Zone. All mutual aid refusals are to be reported to the EMS Director the next business day following the refusal. Contractor shall maintain and document: the number and nature of internal Mutual Aid responses it makes into areas not part of the EOA; and, the number and nature of Mutual Aid responses made by other agencies to calls originating within the Contractor’s EOA. Contractor shall not be held accountable for Emergency Response Time compliance for any Mutual Aid assignment originating outside the EOA and these calls will not be counted in the total number of calls used to determine compliance. If Contractor utilizes Mutual Aid support from a specific agency at a level that is more than 125% of the Mutual Aid support that it provides that agency, Contractor will notify the EMS Agency of the discrepancy and collaboratively develop and implement a plan to reduce its Mutual Aid usage. If call volume for a specific agency is low, measurement of compliance will be postponed until the 100 call minimum is reached. Following the measurement of compliance based upon performance to the 100 accumulated calls, the call count for that Measurement Category will reset to zero.   • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • IN-SERVICE At least three (3) years on the grade of Administrative Officer, Human Resource; • Satisfactory staff performance appraisal report; • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the Governing Council in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre­ viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Premiums will be adjusted accordingly. Coverage will be provided for the mother and the newborn for a minimum of:

  • Jury Service 23.1 Employees required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage they would have received in respect of the ordinary time he/she would have worked had he/she not been on jury service.

  • Security Service Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.

  • Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 9.2.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.

Boundaries of If the appliance is installed in a location that is 100 kilometers (62 miles) or more from the nearest service center your unit must be In Home Service delivered to the nearest authorized Danby Service Depot, as service must only be performed by a technician qualified and certif ied for warranty service by Danby. Transportation charges to and from the service location are not protected by this warranty and are t he responsibility of the purchaser. Nothing within this warranty shall imply that Xxxxx will be responsible or liable for any spoilage or damage to food or other c ontents of this appliance, whether due to any defect of the appliance, or its use, whether proper or improper.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
