Services Manager. The Manager’s managing director, being Xxxxxx Xxxxx as at the Signature Date, is designated to head the rendering of the Services and to liaise with the Owners with regard thereto. The designation aforesaid may be changed from time to time by the Manager.

The Services Manager shall be responsible for all aspects of the Services hereunder through completion of such Services. Such Services Manager shall coordinate with the person designated by STI for coordination of the Services as its “STI Contact” for the performance of the Services. Unless otherwise agreed, all communications between STI and IgDraSol regarding the conduct of the Services pursuant to the Development Plan shall be addressed between such Services Manager and STI Contact.

Services Manager. Each Party shall appoint an operational lead to act as the primary contact between them and to manage each Party’s performance and discuss and resolve issues regarding the Services (each a “Services Manager”). The Services Managers shall meet (in person, digitally or by telephone) at a frequency to be mutually agreed by the Parties. A Party may changes its Services Manager from time to time by providing notice of such change in writing to the other Party. Each Party shall appoint an executive with overall responsibility for and decision making capability concerning this Agreement, including to serve as a point of executive escalation in the event of any dispute in accordance with Section 2.12.
