Domain Name. 2.9.1 The Customer warrants that it is the owner of, or that it is duly authorised by the owner of, any trade xxxx or name that it wishes to use as its Domain Name and use as part of its URL.
Domain Name. Take the necessary or appropriate steps to ensure that the identity and location of the servers used in connection with the Debtor’s domain name and the identity of the party having control over the domain name server and of the administrative contact with the registry have been disclosed to the Secured Party. The Debtor shall not change the domain name server without notification to the Secured Party. The Debtor shall maintain the trademark of the domain name by defending against any infringement suits and by policing the trademark. The Debtor shall renew the domain name registration during the loan term. The Debtor shall make all payments to the domain name registrar necessary to maintain the domain name.
Domain Name. “Domain Name” shall mean the any or all of the following and all worldwide rights in, arising out of, or associated therewith; domain names, uniform resource locators and other names and locators associated with the internet.
Domain Name. The “xxx.xxxxxx.xxx” and “xxx0xxxxxx.xxx” Internet domain names, including all registrations thereof, including, without limitation, the Network Solutions, Inc., or any other applicable registrars, registrations thereof, and all rights to listings or keyword associations in any Internet search engines or directories associated with the domain names (collectively, the “Domain Names”).
Domain Name. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in, to and associated with the Domain Name, including, but not limited to, all registrations, trademark rights, if any, in the Domain Name and Internet traffic to the Domain Name.

The Domain Name (i) is not currently the subject of any active invalidation or cancellation proceeding; and (ii) is not the subject of any threatened invalidation or cancellation proceeding, and there is no basis for any such invalidation or cancellation proceeding in connection with the Domain name. The Domain Name is not subject to any maintenance fees or actions required by the applicable registrars governing the Domain name.
Domain Name. 4.1.a) Seller is the registrant listed in the records of the Registrar as the sole owner of the registration of the Domain Name.
Domain Name. Change domain names or fail to renew existing ----------- domain name registrations on a timely basis; or
Domain Name. Hosting Dell shall register the DellBizNet domain, . All right, title and interest in the domains shall belong exclusively to Dell.
Domain Name. GT agrees that, as of the Release Date, it will no longer use the Domain except (i) as necessary to operate the Sites and (ii) except that AXP hereby grants GT a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Domain with additional extensions (e.g., xxx.xxx/_______) for only such time as is necessary for GT to transfer GT's current customers to the "GT" domain. AXP shall have unrestricted use of the Domain without extensions, but will not use the domain with any extensions, except as necessary to operate and market the Sites and as mutually agreed upon by AXP and GT. Within seven (7) days after the Release Date, GT shall reregister the Domain names in the name of AXP, subject to the license granted above. AXP shall have no responsibility nor liability to any other GT customer for usage of the xxx.xxx and xxx.xxx domain names. As of the Release Date, GT shall redirect the URLs XXX.xxx and XXX.xxx to the front door of AXP's US based travel web site on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (AXP's primary ----------------------- Consumer web site). GT agrees not to use the name "Internet Travel Network" or "ITN" in connection with providing an internet travel booking site.
