Information and Records (a) Lessee shall promptly furnish to Lessor all such information as Lessor may from time to time reasonably request regarding the Aircraft or any part thereof, its use, registration, location and condition. In addition, Lessee shall, on each Maintenance Payments Date and the Termination Date, furnish to Lessor a monthly maintenance status report substantially in the form of Schedule 5.
Information Confidential As partial consideration for the granting of the Award hereunder, you hereby agree to keep confidential all information and knowledge, except that which has been disclosed in any public filings required by law, that you have relating to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; provided, however, that such information may be disclosed as required by law and may be given in confidence to your spouse and tax and financial advisors. In the event any breach of this promise comes to the attention of the Company, it shall take into consideration that breach in determining whether to recommend the grant of any future similar award to you, as a factor weighing against the advisability of granting any such future award to you.

INFORMATION AND DATA 21.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.
Information and Confidentiality 20.1 Each party recognises that under this Agreement it may receive Confidential Information belonging to the other.

Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. As the sole finance lease platform under Zhongguancun Development Group Co., Ltd. ( 中關村發展集團股份有限公司), the Company offers efficient finance lease solutions and a variety of advisory services to satisfy technology and new economy companies’ needs for financial services at different stages of their growth. The Company’s finance lease solutions primarily take the form of direct lease and sale-and-leaseback. The Company also delivers a variety of advisory services, including policy advisory and management and business consulting, to help its customers achieve rapid growth. Information of the Lessees Lessee I is a limited liability company incorporated in the PRC, which is principally engaged in research, development, production and sales of titanium alloy products. Lessee II is a limited liability company incorporated in the PRC, which is principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of titanium alloy products. Information of the Supplier The Supplier is a limited liability company incorporated in the PRC, which is principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of titanium alloy products. LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS The Lessees and the Supplier are under the common control of the same ultimate beneficial owner, the Lessees and the Supplier are parties connected with one another (as set out under Rule 14.23 of the Listing Rules). As the transactions under the Agreements were entered into during the 12-month period, according to Rule 14.22 of the Listing Rules, the transactions thereunder shall be aggregated as a series of transactions. As the highest applicable percentage ratio under each of the Purchase Agreements and the Finance Lease Agreements is less than 5%, while the highest applicable percentage ratio upon aggregation of the Purchase Agreement and the Finance Lease Agreements is higher than 5% but less than 25%, the transactions contemplated under the Purchase Agreement and the Finance Lease Agreements constitute a discloseable transaction of the Company and are subject to the notification and announcement requirements under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
