Service Subscription. Subject to the terms of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the responsibilities, limitations and restrictions set forth in this Section 2.2 and payment of the Subscription Fees required hereunder), (i) DSI shall permit Subscriber’s Account Users to access and use the Service(s) during the Term, including access and use of all of the Content contained in or made available through the Service(s), (ii) Subscriber shall be automatically enrolled in the ITSP (“Implementation, Training and Support Program”), if applicable, and (iii) DSI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to Subscriber each of the components described in the ITSP, when applicable. Subscriber agrees that it shall use the Service(s) solely for internal business purposes, and access and use of the Service(s) and the ITSP shall be limited to Account Users.

Service Subscription. 1.1. The Council does not have a statutory duty to collect garden waste. You will be required to subscribe to the garden waste collection service for which there will be a charge.
Service Subscription. For the Subscription Term we grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to access and use the features of our telematics service included with your Subscription as described below and on the Order Form, any Trimble-Provided Hardware, and add-on services for which you have purchased Subscriptions through an Order Form, Addendum or similar agreement, or through the Management Portal. Add-on Subscription terms may be amended from time to time by us provided we will notify you of such changes by email or through the Management Portal; if you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel the affected add-on Subscription without penalty by providing notice within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of our notice. Add-on Subscriptions shall be coterminous with the base telematics Subscription. Appendix 1 sets forth additional terms relating to Instinct Software and is incorporated by reference and made a part of the Agreement. Additional terms apply to API usage. Additional features and functionality may require you to purchase add-on Subscriptions. If specified on an Order Form as included with your Subscriptions, we will provide you the allotted number of hours of implementation services specified on the Order Form which will be applied towards implementation services incurred under implementation service SOWs during the initial Subscription term until fully utilized. Allotted hours may not be applied against evening or weekend hours. Implementation services are provided based on resource availability. Implementation services hours incurred in excess of your included allotment will be provided on a time and materials basis at our then-current implementation services rates applicable to all clients generally, and you agree to pay such implementation service fees. You will not receive a credit for unused allotted hours.
Service Subscription. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cradlepoint will provide the Customer with a subscription to access its cloud-based network management, connectivity services, security services, router operating systems, and other related services, including any Platform APIs or SDKs, provided by Cradlepoint through the Internet as described at the Cradlepoint SLA or as otherwise documented and made available to Customer upon request by Cradlepoint (collectively referred to as the “Service”). Access to the Service may require the Customer to download and install certain software applications (the “Client Software”) which is covered under a License (below). The License may also be presented to anyone downloading the Client Software and for the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any conflict between the License contained in this Agreement and any license accepted to download the Client Software, the License in this Agreement shall prevail.

You agree and acknowledge that based on the service package selected, your Subscription for hardware may not contain all features and functionality available through our online platform. You may only use the features and functionality available through your purchased Subscription. Additional terms apply to API usage. Additional features and functionality may require you to purchase an optional Subscription or an upgraded Subscription.
Service Subscription. 2.1 TBS INTERNET shall issue a Secure Server Certificate designed to be installed in the Server’s Software using the Subscriber’s SSL protocol in combination with an SSL or TLS v 1.0 enabled browser. The Secure Server Certificate shall, in accordance with any sums paid by the Subscriber, either (a) cryptically link the Public Key to a Server operating with a Full Domain Name; or (b) cryptically link the Public Key to a Server operating with a Root Domain Name. In both cases, the Public Key is used in the SSL and TLS protocols to authenticate the Server and establish an encrypted session between an SSL v 3.0 enabled browser and the Subscriber’s Server.
Service Subscription. Initially, Customer is buying a Lifetime Subscription for a department with 57 deputies, officers, or other personnel. For subscription services for additional personnel, Customer will pay SURVIVR the subscription fees in accordance with the terms of the Order. Unless otherwise stated in the Order, all SURVIVR Service fees are due and payable under Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code.
