Licensor may make modifications to the Service or particular components of the Service from time to time and will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Licensee of any material modifications. Licensor reserves the right to discontinue offering the Service at the conclusion of Licensee’s then current subscription term for such Service. Community360 reserves the right to discontinue offering the Service at the conclusion of Xxxxxxxx’s then current subscription term for such Service. Community360 shall not be liable to Customer nor to any third party for any modification of the Service as described in this Section.
