State Requirements. This part is applicable if the recipient is a nonstate entity as defined by Section 215.97(2), Florida Statutes. In the event the recipient expends $500,000 or more ($750,000 or more for fiscal years beginning on or after July 1, 2016) in state financial assistance during its fiscal year, the recipient must have a State single or project-specific audit conducted in accordance with Section 215.97, Florida Statutes; applicable rules of the Department of Financial Services; and Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) or 10.650 (nonprofit and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General. The recipient agrees to provide a copy of the single audit to the Department’s Single Audit Unit and its contract manager. In the event the recipient expends less than $500,000 (less than $750,000 for fiscal years beginning on or after July 1, 2016) in State financial assistance during its fiscal year, the recipient agrees to provide certification to the Department’s Single Audit Unit and its contract manager that a single audit was not required. In determining the state financial assistance expended during its fiscal year, the recipient shall consider all sources of state financial assistance, including state financial assistance received from the Department of Children & Families, other state agencies, and other nonstate entities. State financial assistance does not include Federal direct or pass-through awards and resources received by a nonstate entity for Federal program matching requirements. In connection with the audit requirements addressed in the preceding paragraph, the recipient shall ensure that the audit complies with the requirements of Section 215.97(8), Florida Statutes. This includes submission of a financial reporting package as defined by Section 215.97(2), Florida Statutes, and Chapters 10.550 or 10.650, Rules of the Auditor General. The schedule of expenditures should disclose the expenditures by contract number for each contract with the Department in effect during the audit period. The financial statements should disclose whether or not the matching requirement was met for each applicable contract. All questioned costs and liabilities due the Department shall be fully disclosed in the audit report package with reference to the specific contract number.

In performing the Services under this Agreement, you must comply with the Illinois Human Rights Act, 775 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq., the Public Works Employment Discrimination Act, 775 ILCS 10/0.01 et seq. and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, including, but not limited to, the Equal Employment Opportunity Clause, 44 Ill. Admin. Code § 750 Appendix A, and all other applicable state statutes, regulations and other laws.

Contractor must comply with, and the procedures Contractor utilizes and the Services Contractor provides under this Agreement must comply with, the Illinois Human Rights Act, 775 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq.(1990), as amended and any rules and regulations promulgated in accordance with it, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Clause, 44 Ill. Admin. Code § 750 Appendix A. Furthermore, Contractor must comply with the Public Works Employment Discrimination Act, 775 ILCS 10/0.01 et seq.(1990), as amended, and all other applicable state statues, regulations and other laws.
State Requirements. GDPM is an Ohio Political Subdivision and is subject to certain state requirements. Therefore, the work to be performed under this Agreement may subject to state statutes, rules, regulations, laws, orders and directives applicable to public subdivisions. In the event an applicable state requirement conflicts with any provision of the Contract Documents, unless federal preemption applies, the state requirement shall prevail and take precedence over and against such conflicting provisions. State requirements may include, but are not limited to, any drug-free workplace requirements. Contractor agrees to abide by all State Requirements.
State Requirements. 14.1 Sponsor will not knowingly employ or compensate, directly or indirectly, any UMB Personnel working on matters related to the Project Work or involved in negotiating this Agreement on behalf of UMB, during employment by UMB or for two (2) years thereafter, unless consented in writing by UMB’s President (or his/her designee); provided, however, that nothing in this Section 14.1 will prohibit Sponsor from hiring any UMB Personnel who respond to general employment solicitation not targeted at UMB Personnel, including general advertisement. “
State Requirements. This Agreement may also be funded in part from a grant from the State of California through its Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, Department of Transportation (State). State requirements are set forth in Attachment E, STATE OF CALIFORNIA REQUIREMENTS, incorporated herein and by this reference made a part hereof. As used in Attachment E, the term “CONSULTANT” shall be deemed to refer to Artist, and the term “subconsultants” shall be deemed to refer to subcontractors.
State Requirements. Buyer acknowledges conducting certain activities on the Protected Property may require repayment, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 116P.10, of the state’s $1.25 million contribution toward the purchase of the property. According to this statute if a project supported by the fund results in net income from the sale of products or assets developed or acquired by an appropriation from the fund, the appropriation must be repaid to the fund in an amount equal to the percentage of the project's total funding provided by the fund. The commission may include in its legislative bill a recommendation to relinquish the income if a plan is approved for reinvestment of the income in the project or when the amount of the original grant or loan, plus interest, has been repaid to the fund.

(1990), as amended, and any rules and regulations promulgated in accordance with it, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Clause, 5 Ill. Admin. Code Sec. 750 Appendix A; the Public Works Employment Discrimination Act, 775 ILCS 10/0.01 et seq. (1990), as amended; the Discrimination in Public Contracts Act, 775 ILCS 10/0.01 et seq. (1990), as amended; and the Environmental Barriers Act, 410 ILCS 25/1 et seq. (1985), as amended; and all other applicable state statutes, regulations and other laws.
