A Personal Clause Samples
The "A Personal" clause typically establishes that certain rights, obligations, or benefits under an agreement are specific to the individual party and cannot be transferred or assigned to others. In practice, this means that only the named party can exercise the rights or is subject to the obligations, and any attempt to transfer these to another person would be invalid without explicit consent. This clause ensures that the agreement remains personal and tailored to the original parties, preventing unintended third parties from becoming involved and maintaining the integrity of the contractual relationship.
