Other than in relation to personal details, the content of a Personal Flexibility Agreement will not be confidential.

A Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave year is defined as the twelve (12) month period commencing on the Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave crediting date and finishing the day before the next Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave crediting date.
