Weekly Meetings. In addition to the provision by Seller to Purchaser of the reports described in Section 1.4(a), Seller and Purchaser shall schedule weekly on-site meetings whereby Seller or its designee shall informally report to Purchaser the status and progress of the Work, including (as applicable) any material revisions to the construction schedule in respect of milestone dates and the substantial completion date for such Work. Seller shall also permit Purchaser to inspect the Plant construction site for the purpose of evaluating the progress of the Work; provided, however, all such site inspections shall be subject to the supervision of Seller and its designee, and shall be conducted in a manner consistent with Seller’s safety policies and guidelines.
Weekly Meetings. During the course of design and construction of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall schedule and conduct weekly meetings regarding the scheduling, progress, performance and construction of Tenant’s Work. Tenant shall cause its approved architect, engineers and contractor to participate in such meetings as reasonably necessary and/or as reasonably requested by Landlord. Landlord and Landlord’s agents, contractors, representatives, and lenders may attend such meetings and Tenant shall provide reasonably requested information thereto at such meetings. Draft requisitions (as defined in Section 3.4 below) shall be reviewed and discussed at such meetings before being submitted to Landlord. Tenant shall periodically between such meetings, at Landlord’s request, provide Landlord with status updates regarding the progress of Tenant’s Work. During the course of design and construction, Tenant shall cause the construction schedule for Tenant’s Work to be updated periodically to reflect the actual progress of design and construction, as applicable, and shall cause such updates to be delivered to Landlord at the next weekly meeting after Xxxxxx’s receipt thereof, but such updates shall not result in or be deemed to constitute Landlord’s approval of any failure to timely Substantially Complete Tenant’s Work in the absence of a Landlord Delay or Force Majeure.
Weekly Meetings. On a weekly basis, or as otherwise agreed between the Parties, a formal review will be held in each Territory. This may take place either by telephone or on a ‘face-to-face’ basis. As a minimum the attendees will include the GEFA Account Manager for the Territory and the local GECC Insurance Leader. The results of the meeting will be recorded in a ‘Meeting Log’. All issues/tasks relevant to the country concerned will be entered into this log and on a weekly basis the position will be updated. Specific reference will be made to parties responsible for actions and applicable deadlines. At the end of each week, a joint communication is to be distributed to appropriate individuals within GECC and GEFA. This will update progress on key projects.
Weekly Meetings. Consultant will conduct weekly meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and distribution of minutes to attendees. Up to three Consultant team members will attend weekly meetings.

In addition, operations, procurement, engineering and administrative services provided by Provider to Recipient as part of the Telecom Support Services shall be charged to and borne by Recipient at Provider's actual manpower costs (salary, burden and all other costs directly associated with such manpower, such as office space, supplies and similar expenses) directly applicable to the provision of services provided. Expiration / Extension of Current Telecom Carrier Contracts If any Third Party Agreements for telecommunications carrier services terminate prior to the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Provider will either negotiate an extension of such Third Party Agreement, or negotiate a replacement contract (whether with the same carrier or another carrier) in order to obtain continued Telecom Carrier Contract Services for Recipient and Provider, but only upon the prior written consent of Recipient. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the best possible telecommunication prices, and will keep Recipient advised as to the pricing that it is able to negotiate. If, during the Term, Recipient fails or refuses to consent to an extension of such contract, or to a replacement contract, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Provider shall have no obligation to provide any Telecom Carrier Contract Services to Recipient in order to replace the carrier services no longer available as a result of the termination of such telecom contracts. In such a case, Recipient shall secure its own service arrangements in lieu thereof.
