Relevant Personnel definition

Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

Relevant Personnel means all full-time, part-time, or contract personnel whose job responsibilities related in any way to the processing, marketing, sale, or distribution of Fluid Milk or any other products by the Divestiture Assets, at any time between July 1, 2019 and the date on which the Divestiture Assets are divested to Acquirer.

The United States, in its sole discretion, will resolve any disagreement regarding which employees are Relevant Personnel.
