Relevant Personnel definition

Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

Relevant Personnel means all full-time, part-time, or contract personnel whose job responsibilities related in any way to the processing, marketing, sale, or distribution of Fluid Milk or any other products by the Divestiture Assets, at any time between July 1, 2019 and the date on which the Divestiture Assets are divested to Acquirer.

Relevant Personnel means all full-time, part-time, or contract employees involved in the production or sale of evaporated salt, wherever located, for (1) US Salt, or (2) SCIH. Provided, however, that Relevant Personnel does not include a) employees of SCIH engaged in human resources, legal, information technology, or other general or administrative support functions; or b) any SCIH employee with the title Senior Vice President or higher.

Relevant Personnel means all full-time, part-time, or contract employees of Kona Hawaii, wherever located, whose job responsibilities relate in any way to the brewing, developing, packaging, importing, distributing, marketing, promoting, or selling of Kona Products in the State of Hawaii, at any time between November 11, 2019, and the date on which the Divestiture Assets are divested to Acquirer.

Relevant Personnel means those employees of the Supplier and/or of any permitted Sub-processor that are required to have access to and/or to Process the ScottishPower Personal Data in order for the Supplier to perform its obligations under the Agreement;

Relevant Personnel means all full-time, part-time, or contract employees of LCPR, wherever located, who spent all, or a majority, of their time in the operation of the Divestiture Assets at any time between January 1, 2019, and October 15, 2020, including sales, marketing, and sales support personnel, as well as network and operations personnel, including customer care, service installation technicians, service repair technicians, engineering, and outside plant personnel.

Relevant Personnel means every person providing pharmacy network, product development, and actuarial support for Aetna’s Individual PDP Business.
