Medical Practice acknowledges and agrees that the Software, the EMA Services, the Additional Services, the PQRS Services and the SOW Services do not “recommend,” “suggest,” or “advise” proper prescribing or other treatment decisions and that the responsibility for the medical treatment, and any associated decisions regarding billing for medical services, rests with the Physicians and the Physician Extenders treating such Patient and revolves around such health care provider’s judgment and such health care provider’s analysis of the Patient’s condition.
