Time Required. Working at a particular activity in preparation to do a successful job with the students involved.
Time Required. Executive shall devote the necessary time, attention, skill and efforts to his tasks and duties hereunder to the affairs of the Company. However, Executive shall be able to provide services for compensation to any other person or business entity during the Term of his employment by the Company, as defined in paragraph 2.1, and engage in any other business activity, whether or not such other business activity is pursued for profit or pecuniary advantage until such time as an arrangement can be worked out to ensure Executive the necessary income security and compensation for lost business. Executive shall take no action to intentionally injure Company related to outside employment, but shall not be prohibited from working in arrangements where a potential conflict exists between the Company and any of his other employers. In such a case, he shall notify the Company of any potential conflict and alternative arrangements, if any, shall be pursued.
Time Required. Employee shall devote his full time, attention, skill and efforts to his tasks and duties hereunder to the affairs of the Company. Without the prior written consent of the Company, Employee shall not provide services for compensation to any other person or business entity during the Term of his employment by the Company, as defined in paragraph 2.1, or engage in any other business activity, whether or not such other business activity is pursued for profit or pecuniary advantage unless approved by the Board of Directors, provided, that investing in the public stock market shall not be deemed "business activity" for purposes of this Section.

Time Required. Employee shall devote his full time, attention, skill and cfforts to his tasks and duties hereunder to the affairs of the Company. As a member of the Management Team, Employee is expected to contribute to the internal development of the Company, and will xerform his duties primarily in the offices of the Company, except when on site with clients traveling on Company approved xusiness.
Time Required. Employee shall devote part of his full time, attention, skill and efforts to his tasks and duties hereunder to the business and affairs of the Company, the balance of his full time, attention, skill and efforts being devoted to the business and affairs of Philly Westshore Franchising Enterprises, Inc. and Xxxxxxxx Real Estate Holdings, LLC. Without the prior written consent of the Company, Employee shall not provide services for compensation to any other person or business entity, other than Philly Westshore Franchising Enterprises, Inc. and Xxxxxxxx Real Estate Holdings, LLC, during the Term of his employment by the Company, as defined in Section 4, or engage in any other business activity, whether or not such other business activity is pursued for profit or pecuniary advantage unless approved by the Board of Directors, provided, that neither investing in the public stock market for his personal account and benefit nor devotion of time and effort as a volunteer to not for profit, charitable and similar organizations shall be deemed "business activity" for purposes of this Section.
Time Required. The installation works, Cold Tests included shall be performed by Supplier in accordance with the time scheduled set in the Agreement. During this period Seller will provide an average of n° [***] skilled technicians ([***]), according to a schedule being provided by Seller’s Customer Service Department. Each working week/Technician will include [***] ([***]) working hours (time required for the round trip to reach Buyer’s plant and/or daily transfers from the hotel to Buyer’s plant excluded). Cont'd: Exhibit “I” to the Contract n° IS-110/12 dated October 18th, 2012 between BRETON SpA and CAESARSTONE SDOT-YAM Beginning of the installation works Before the Installation, the required machines shall be at the installation site, and Buyer shall have completed the civil work of the plant-building (walls, roof, floor …), as well as the machines foundations, water, electric and compressed air plants, in accordance with the drawings and technical specification supplied by Seller in Section 5 herein. Seller will send his technicians within [***] ([***]) calendar days as from the date the SELLER's Chief Technician shall confirm that the Site is ready to start the installation (SELLER shall be responsible for his personnel to have entry visa to the US as required).
Time Required. The Hot Start-up and the following Performance Tests will be performed by Supplier in accordance with the time scheduled set in the Agreement.. If, for reason attributable to BUYER exclusively, the time required for Hot Start-up and Performance Tests will last longer than foreseen, Buyer shall pay for each working day/skilled technician of Seller the amount as per the [***]. Time Required.
