Additional Business definition

Additional Business has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.01(h)(ii).
Additional Business means any business, entity, or other organization identified as an Additional Business in Appendix C-1, which will be updated as warranted based on the Health Officer’s ongoing evaluation of the COVID-19 Indicators and other data. In addition to the other requirements in this Order, operation of those Additional Businesses is subject to any conditions and health and safety requirements set forth in Appendix C-1 and in applicable industry-specific guidance issued by the State of California. Appendix C-1 is incorporated into this Order by this reference.
Additional Business means any quick-service food Business, other than the Initial Business, to be operated at the Site set forth on the additional business amendment (the “Additional Business Amendment”) the forms of which are attached to this Agreement as Addendum “1-A” (Traditional Unit Sole Proprietorship), Addendum “1- B” (Traditional Unit Business Entity), Addendum “2- A” (Satellite Sole Proprietorship) and Addendum “2- B” (Satellite Business Entity) completed for the particular additional quick-service food Business pursuant to Section 2.6 below;

Examples of Additional Business in a sentence

  • If European Data Protection Law applies to the processing of Customer Personal Data, Google will allow Customer or an independent auditor appointed by Customer to conduct audits (including inspections) to verify Google’s compliance with its obligations under this Data Processing Amendment in accordance with Section 7.5.3 (Additional Business Terms for Reviews and Audits).

  • There is no annual fee for each Additional Business Expense Card.

  • We will charge $50 for the first Additional Business Gold Card and no annual membership fee for each Additional Business Gold Card thereafter.

More Definitions of Additional Business

Additional Business means the distribution of certain of DWA’s animated and live action content and programming by the Company pursuant to the DWA/Company Distribution Agreement.
Additional Business as defined in Section 8.2 hereof, then Manager shall be responsible for accurately accounting for the costs of such services, and all costs incurred by Manager pursuant to the Grandfathered Contract or Additional Business shall be allocated to such Grandfathered Contract or Additional Business by Manager and shall reduce the costs otherwise reimbursable to Manager by QCN, Ltd., on a dollar-for-dollar basis. Profits or losses (as opposed to costs) of Manager will not be credited or charged to QCN, Ltd. Manager shall allow QCN, Ltd. to audit its financial books and records relating to QCN, Ltd., the Grandfathered Contract or the Additional Business.
Additional Business means the portion of the Community Bank Business, which as of the date of an Additional Business Notice shall not have been transferred to a Community Bank pursuant to the Community Bank Divestiture and shall not be the subject of any Divestiture Agreement under which Sellers remain obligated to transfer such portion to a Community Bank. Without limiting this definition, "Additional Business" shall include the Additional Bank Branches, the Additional Bank Assets, the Additional Bank Liabilities and the Additional Bank Employees.
Additional Business means, business that is substantially similar to the Business or that is an extension of the Business, and the opportunity in respect of which arises after the approval of the relevant Annual Business Plan and Budget.
Additional Business means contracts in the Geographic Area covering Equity Crude Oil and/or crude oil produced from new leases operated by third parties and made subject to this Agreement.
Additional Business means the business of the Company, or any of its Members or their respective affiliates.
