Implementation Period. Registry Operator will have a 270 calendar days grace period, beginning on the Effective Date, to work with ICANN and backend providers to ensure that all technical operations and obligations have transitioned from the previous registry agreement for the TLD to this Registry Agreement. SPECIFICATION 1 CONSENSUS POLICIES AND TEMPORARY POLICIES SPECIFICATION
Implementation Period. This Contract shall be iinpleMented within a period of 3 months from January to March 2015. It may be extended upon agreement between the Service Provider and the Client.
Implementation Period. The Arrangement shall be in effect at the same time as this Agreement and shall remain in place as long as this Agreement is in effect. The Parties may assess the Arrangement and discuss any necessary adjustments to it at Trade Framework Group meetings.
Implementation Period. The period during which Grant Equipment is purchased and placed into service. The Implementation Period will end upon payment of final reimbursement and the PERFORMING PARTY’s release of claims.
Implementation Period. The CAISO shall in its discretion determine the required length of the implementation period based on the complexity and compatibility of the Balancing Authority’s system and the planned timing of the CAISO’s implementation of software enhancements.
Implementation Period. 1.2.1 Following the expiration of the Baseline Period, Innovyze will proceed with the full implementation of the Services at each Installation Site. The Parties will target completion of the full implementation of the Services within the sixty (60) day period following the expiration of the Baseline Period (the “Implementation Period”).
Implementation Period. The Implementation Period is defined as a forty-five (45) day period beginning the first day that Supplier transcribes or edits a live dictated report following the Account Orientation Period.
Implementation Period. The implementation of the System shall take place immediately after the reception of the payment, and has no project management.
Implementation Period. After the Pre-Implementation Period, Sprint and Customer will begin implementing Cisco HCS (“Implementation Period”). For the Implementation Period, Customer must have purchased Sprint Global MPLS with enough bandwidth to accommodate Customer’s aggregated voice traffic in addition to its data traffic. Customer will cooperate in good faith to meet full Implementation requirements with Sprint to deploy the full scale Cisco HCS within 90 days of the date Customer signed the Statement of Work. Implementation will be based on the Statement of Work developed in the Pre-Implementation Period. The Term for Cisco HCS may include a Ramp-Up Period (“Ramp-Up Period”) as provided in the Agreement during which a minimum number of End Users or Seats must be deployed. Seats ordered after the Ramp-Up Period will be coterminous with the Term. At the end of the Term, Cisco HCS will continue on a month-to-month basis until either party provides advance written notice to terminate in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Implementation Period. The period from the Effective Date until the Acceptance Date, as further defined herein, shall be known as the Implementation Period (“Implementation Period”). The Work performed during the Implementation Period shall commence on the date specified in a Notice to Proceed. Prior to issuing a Notice to Proceed, the School District shall secure funds in an amount necessary to cover the total project cost listed in Schedule D (ESCO Compensation and Payment Schedule).
