SERVICES AND. OR GOODS TO BE PROVIDED: Contractor shall provide the good(s) and/or service(s), as defined in this agreement, on an “as ordered “basis. No funds are obligated under this Pricing Agreement. Funds are obligated by purchase orders on an “as needed” basis. Contractor shall receive separate individual Purchase Orders for each individual requests. NMSU makes no guarantee as to the volume of goods which may be purchased under this Agreement. Prices are fixed for the first year of a Pricing Agreement. Thereafter, in the event of a product cost increase an escalation request will be reviewed by NMSU. Escalation requests are only to compensate for an actual cost increase and will not be considered for an increase in profit margin. Contractor shall notify NMSU if a cost decrease occurs and will adjust pricing accordingly. NMSU shall review the request by Contractor for price escalation and determine whether or not to accept such a request. Such requests must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the current contract term.
SERVICES AND. 3. Computer software development. Under paragraph 4(b), technical and consultancy services could make technology available in a variety of settings, activities and industries. Such services may, for examples, relate to any of the following areas :

SERVICES AND. FACILITIES (d) To provide and operate the following services and facilities for the premises as expressed below, and maintain the same such services and facilities in good repair (and, if necessary, replace same) during the term:

Related to SERVICES AND

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Services Services available under this Contract are limited to related services as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their service offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of services awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above.

  • The Services 3.1.1 The Supplier shall supply the Services and provide all Deliverables to the Authority during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Contract in consideration for the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.

Catholic schools offer a broad, comprehensive curriculum imbued with an authentic Catholic understanding of Xxxxxx and his teaching, as well as a lived appreciation of membership of the Catholic Church. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School.

  • Services and Facilities The Minister shall arrange for the Board to be provided with such services, staff and facilities as are necessary to enable the Board to perform its functions.

  • Provider Services In connection with your use of the Services and as part of the functionality of the Services as may be applicable, you may have access to certain online services or information that may be made available by your bank and/or other third party provider(s) ("Provider Services"), including online banking, online payment, online investment account download, online bill pay, online trading, and other account information available from third party provider(s). The Services may be designed to allow access to Provider Services (if and to the extent provided by users’ provider(s)) to set up banking and other information, schedule the Services to access user account(s), download transactions into the Services and otherwise aggregate information from user account(s) with third party provider(s). MX has no control over the provision of Provider Services or provision of access to the Provider Services by users’ provider(s). MX does not guarantee the Provider Services. You agree that you may be able to use the Services in conjunction with the Provider Services, and that MX disclaims any and all liability whatsoever for any actions or inactions on the part of your provider(s) resulting in any inability to use the Services to access accounts, obtain data, download transactions, or otherwise use or access the Provider Services. You acknowledge and agree when you access data and information through the Services, third party provider account access number(s), password(s), security question(s) and answer(s), account number(s), login information, and any other security or access information, and the actual data in your user account(s) with such provider(s) such as bank and other account balances, credit card charges, debits and deposits as may be applicable (collectively, "Provider Account Data"), may be collected and stored in the Services. You expressly authorize MX and our third party providers, in conjunction with the operation and hosting of the Services, to use certain Provider Account Data to (i) collect Provider Account Data, (ii) reformat and manipulate such Provider Account Data, (iii) create and provide hypertext links to provider(s), (iv) access the providers' websites using Provider Account Data, (v) update and maintain account information,
