With Company. Executive agrees not to apply for future employment with Company, or any of its affiliates or successors. Executive will not apply for or otherwise seek reemployment with Company or its affiliates and successors at any time, and neither Company nor its successors have any obligation, contractual or otherwise, to rehire, reemploy, recall, or hire her in the future.
