Live Phase definition
Live Phase means the live phase of this Contract described in the Digital Manual; Losses means all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including legal fees), disbursements, costs of investigation, litigation, settlement, judgment, interest and penalties whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise and “Loss” shall be interpreted accordingly;
Live Phase means the Hub has not been implemented and therefore there is no information to provide. The trial period involved testing of the processes and procedures between the two parties (CIPFA and the Pilot Authorities).
