The 'Client Users' clause defines who within the client organization is authorized to access and use the services or products provided under the agreement. Client Users. Client Account Administrator accounts and Client Account User accounts.
Client Users. Each Student, teacher, administrator, or staff of Client who has registered for access to and use of Cyber High, and to whom FCSS has issued a user login and password (individually “Client User” and collectively “Client Users”) shall have access to the Cyber High Courses and other Cyber High Products as marked on the Cover.
Client Users. Obligations and duties set forth in this Section 4 shall extend to Client’s affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, investors, advisors, officers, agents, partners, representatives, shareholders, customers, vendors, employees, contractors, and any other entity or individual directed by Client to access Services and or Software (“Client Users”). Accordingly, Client shall be responsible for any violation by Client Users of any term or condition in this Section 4 and Smartria may seek relief against Client, pursuant to this Agreement.

If you are an Authorized User, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) all of your activity on the FleetVIMS Website may be viewed, accessed, and tracked by your Account Holder, including, without limitation, when you access the FleetVIMS Website, what you view while using the FleetVIMS Website, and any information that you submit, transmit, or post using the FleetVIMS Website.
Client Users. If you are an Authorized User, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) all of your activity on the meshVI Website may be viewed, accessed, and tracked by your Account Holder, including, without limitation, when you access the meshVI Website, what you view while using the meshVI Website, and any information that you submit, transmit, or post using the meshVI Website.
Client Users. Client will be responsible for and inform SCT (TMD) in writing of the users authorized to access any of the Systems for which SCT (TMD) has Operational Responsibility, describing specifically the rights and types of access each user is granted. Client will not change such rights or types of access without first informing SCT (TMD) in writing of such change. SCT (TMD) will not be responsible for any program malfunction or breach of security caused by any use of such Systems by anyone other than SCT (TMD), whether or not such user has the right to access the Systems; however, SCT(TMD) will provide required support to identify, rectify and recover from any such program malfunction, subject to Client's agreement in any such instance to reallocate SCT (TMD) personnel providing OnSite Services for that purpose.
Client Users. Client may authorize any of its employees (each, a "Client User”) to obtain log-in credentials to access and provide Client Data and use the Services (“Client User Account”) solely for Client’s internal operations. Client is solely responsible for ensuring that it only requests access for appropriate Client Users, Participants and Participant Users (each as defined in Section 1.3.2). Client will be fully responsible for the acts of its Client Users.
