PURPOSE OF. The general purpose of this Agreement between the Employer and the Union is to establish and maintain orderly and harmonious relations, to provide a satisfactory procedure for final settlement of grievances occurring in the workplace without any stoppage of work and to set the working conditions the Employer and the Union feel are appropriate.
