Language of the contract The language of the contract and of all written communications between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority and/or the Project Manager shall be English.
LANGUAGE OF BID The bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.

Non-Publication The parties mutually agree not to disclose publicly the terms of this Agreement except to the extent that disclosure is mandated by applicable law or regulation or to their respective advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants).
Language of Tender 9.1 The Tender, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Tender exchanged by the Tenderer and the Procuring Entity, shall be written in English Language. Storage of Data The Company agrees to store and process the School District Data in a manner that is no less protective than those methods used to secure the Company’s own data. The Company agrees that School District Data will be stored on equipment or systems located within the United States.
Storage of Materials Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.
COVERAGE OF AGREEMENT This Agreement will govern and control all Goods and Services provided by Seller to Buyer, now or in the future, regardless of whether performed pursuant to written Order(s) issued by Buyer, other written agreement(s) executed by the parties, and/or verbal request(s) issued by Buyer, and will remain in effect until either party provides the other with sixty (60) days’ advance written notice of termination. Each party agrees that this Agreement will also govern all sales of Goods and provision of Services to any subsidiary, affiliate or division of McWane, Inc., in which case such subsidiary, affiliate or division will be the “Buyer” under this Agreement (unless otherwise agreed in writing by such subsidiary, affiliate or division). The term “Buyer” also includes Buyer’s employees, agents, officers, directors, successors and assigns. The term “Seller” refers to the vendor providing Goods and Services to Buyer, together with its employees, agents, subcontractors, suppliers and all other persons performing Services or supplying Goods on Seller’s behalf. The terms “Goods” or “Services” whether used together or separately and wherever appearing in this Agreement mean (i) any and all products, supplies, materials, processes and/or equipment and/or (ii) any and all services, work or labor of any kind furnished or performed by Seller under this Agreement and any subsequent amendments, changes or modifications hereof.
No Material Adverse Change in Business Except as otherwise stated therein, since the respective dates as of which information is given in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, (A) there has been no material adverse change in the condition, financial or otherwise, or in the earnings, business affairs or business prospects of the Company and its subsidiaries considered as one enterprise, whether or not arising in the ordinary course of business (a “Material Adverse Effect”), (B) there have been no transactions entered into by the Company or any of its subsidiaries, other than those in the ordinary course of business, which are material with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries considered as one enterprise, and (C) there has been no dividend or distribution of any kind declared, paid or made by the Company on any class of its capital stock.
No Commercial Use or Re-Sale You agree that the Service is only for the personal or business use of individuals authorized to access your account information. You agree not to make any commercial use of Mobile Banking or resell, lease, rent or distribute access to Mobile Banking.
