Authorized Users definition

Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

Authorized Users means Your employees, agents, representatives, contractors or customers whom You provide access to the Program.

Authorized Users means all Persons authorized by the State to access and use the Software under this Contract, subject to the maximum number of users specified in the applicable Statement of Work.

• You may install prior versions of the Test Studio Product Package on the same machine on which you have installed, and on which your Authorized Users are using, a current version of the Test Studio Product Package under the terms of a Paid License.

More Definitions of Authorized Users

Authorized Users means Customer’s: (i) employees, and (ii) contractors working on Customer’s premises who are not competitors of MSC and have agreed in writing to use restrictions and confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement. Customer shall at all times be responsible for its Authorized Users’ compliance with this Agreement.

Authorized Users means Authorized Persons and Permitted Users.

Authorized Users means any individual to whom Customer grants access authorization in compliance with a SAP software license to use the SAP Service that is an employee, agent, contractor or representative of (i) the Customer, (ii) Customer's Affiliates, and/or (iii) Customer’s and Customer’s Affiliates’ Business Partners (as defined under the Software License and Support Agreement).
