He has been with TekPartners for over 14 years, has been in the IT industry for over 23 years, and is a member of the firm’s executive committee. Xxx oversees all of TekPartners recruiting and sales teams. Xxx will be an integral part of the escalation process and will participate in Quarterly account reviews at our client’s site. Xxx is empowered to make any decision on behalf of TekPartners to ensure that every desired outcome is achieved at the State of Florida. The role of our Florida Program Leader will be fulfilled by Xxxx Xxxxxx. Xxxx is an industry veteran, with over 11 years in IT, 9 of which with TekPartners, and leads the South Florida Market as one of the largest and fastest growing firms in the state of Florida. Xxxx graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, in 2003. Xxxx reports directly to Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx and will ensure that we have completely profiled the various state agencies and are properly aligned from a resource perspective, both in numbers and in tenure, to guarantee the State of Florida’s success. Account Team. ARCH shall appoint an individual ARCH employee who from the Distribution Date shall be in charge of implementing and managing delivery of the Services (the "Account Manager"). ARCH's subsequent appointment of any Account Manager shall be subject to OLIN's consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. In order to facilitate the orderly provision of Services hereunder, ARCH agrees to discuss with XXXX any material change to be made by ARCH in staffing levels or personnel assignments, which change will have a material impact on ARCH's delivery of Services hereunder, prior to ARCH's instituting such change.

In the event that Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx is dissatisfied for any significant reason with any EDS personnel providing the Services (including the EDS Account Executive and any Transitioned Employee collectively, the “Account Team”), Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx will give written notice to EDS of such dissatisfaction and the specific reasons for such dissatisfaction. EDS will have 30 days from the receipt of such notice in which to remedy such problem to the reasonable satisfaction of Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx. In the event that Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx remains dissatisfied (in Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx’x reasonable discretion) with the EDS personnel in question after such 30-day period, EDS will promptly replace that EDS person.

The Account Team for NEW TRUSTCO shall have prima Chase responsibility for (i) overall management of the relationship between NEW TRUSTCO and Chase with respect to the Services, and (ii) communications between NEW TRUSTCO and Chase with respect to the Services. The Account Team for NEW TRUSTCO's responsibilities shall be to: (A) discuss with the NEW TRUSTCO Project Executive issues and concerns of NEW TRUSTCO regarding the Services; (B) take appropriate steps so that the Services are performed subject to the provisions of this Agreement; (C) report NEW TRUSTCO requests for additional Services to appropriate Chase personnel; and (D) review the status of previously reported NEW TRUSTCO requests for additional Services.
Account Team. Provide a list of assigned personnel, and a statement of its Account Team’s qualifications to perform the proposed work, and each team member’s relevant experience and tenure with the Supplier, including a summary of the Account Team members’ prior involvement in similar previous accounts, including customer names, dates, and types of services supported. Confirm that VITA will be able to provide input to the Supplier’s creation of the Account Team staff, both organizationally and with individual personnel.
