Signing up. An employee seeking a lateral transfer must submit his/her name on the Lateral Transfer List form (which may be obtained at each maintenance facility or through the employee’s HR Liaison) on or before the 15th of the last month of each quarter (i.e. December 15, March 15, June 15, & September 15). Employees must re-apply on or before December 15th to be placed on the Lateral Transfer List for the next calendar year. Employees shall retain proof of submission of transfer request, which shall include the date, time, and content of the request (i.e. receipt of request, e-mail, successful facsimile receipt and copy of request, etc.).
Signing up. Before the User can use the Digital Content and Data, provided to the User via the ZF- Aftermarket-Portal, signing up to this Agreement is mandatory.
Signing up. If you meet the criteria to qualify for Step Borrow (set forth in Section IV.A.2 above) subject to our approval, you are required to accept these Step Borrow Terms and Conditions to be able to use Step Borrow. You may use the App to turn Step Borrow “on” or “off” at any time. When Step Borrow is turned “on” and if you have accepted a Step Borrow Offer, you agree to be bound by these Step Borrow Terms and Conditions and you authorize and direct us to automatically make a Step Borrow, subject to applicable limits when you make a purchase using your Step Card that exceeds your Spending Limit. When Step Borrow is turned “off,” for any transaction that you make using your Step Card that would cause you to exceed your Spending Limit, our general practice is to decline the transaction. If you turn off Step Borrow after having borrowed any money (i.e., when your Spending Limit is negative), you will still be responsible for repayment of the borrowed money subject to Section IV.A.7 of these Step Borrow Terms and Conditions. If we do not decline the transaction, you will be required to repay us for the transaction as set forth in Section II.D of your Agreement.
Signing up. 4.1 Signing up to the Mobile Application is optional, but when you do and use the Mobile Application, you generally provide first name, last name, email address, password and other registration information, mobile, hotel or resort, prefix, gender, country of origin and any other information you may provide us when you contact us for assistance. For specific actions such as reservations we may also collect your credit card information.
Signing up. 11. To sign up for a Card Instalment Plan, the Cardholder shall notify the participating merchant during payment of goods/services that he/she would like to sign up for Card Instalment Plan with the Bank. Thereafter, the Cardholder makes payment for purchase of goods/services using Credit Card-i at the participating merchant's the payment terminal.

When you use our application program interfaces (APIs), each request to an API must include one of your account's unique API keys. Please carefully guard the security of your account and monitor use of your API keys. You are responsible for all use of the Services under your account, whether or not authorized, including any use of your API keys. At our discretion, we may make limited exceptions to this policy for unauthorized use of your account if you notify us of the problem promptly. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your company or another legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" will mean the entity you represent.

We have agreed a process whereby this Agreement is signed up to by members of the ICS Board in agreement with their own organisational / partnership / network governing bodies or equivalent. When you access your Developer Cloud resources (virtual machines) hosted on Terradue Cloud Platform, each session must be authenticated and authorized with your account’s unique SSH Key pair.
