Use of Service. Each Party shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Customers comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to the provisions of applicable Tariffs) applicable to the use of Services purchased by it under this Agreement.
Use of Service. In order to properly use Mobile Banking, you should review and follow the instructions provided on our website. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the online instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Service from time to time at our sole discretion. In the event of any modifications, you are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Service or your Device.
Use of Service. 10.17.1 CLEC, and not CBT, shall be responsible to ensure that its and its Customers' use of the Resale Services complies at all times with Applicable Law. CBT may refuse to furnish or may disconnect Resale Services of CLEC or, as appropriate, to an CLEC Customer when:
Use of Service. You agree that the use of the Service, without limitation, is your sole responsibility, is at your own risk, and is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. This includes the use of the Service by others, with or without your permission. You may not resell, assign or otherwise transfer the Service or this Agreement to any other person for any purpose, or make any change to the use of the Service, without express written permission from Frontier in advance. The Service does not allow you to make 500, 700, 900, 950, 976, 00 01, 0+, calling card calls or dial-around calls (e.g., 10-10-XXXX). Nor does it allow you to accept collect calls or third number billed calls. The Service is subject to billing and technical capability and the availability of facilities. The Service is not available in all locations.
Use of Service. (a) Each User subscription to the Reseller Application shall entitle one User to use the Service via the Reseller Application, subject to the terms of these SFDC Service Terms of Use, together with any other terms required by Reseller. User subscriptions cannot be shared or used by more than one User (but may be reassigned from time to time to new Users who are replacing former Users who have terminated employment with You or otherwise changed job status or function and no longer require use of the Service). For clarity, Your subscription to use the Platform hereunder does not include a subscription to use the SFDC Service. If You wish to use the SFDC Service or any of its functionalities or services, or to create or use additional custom objects beyond those which appear in the Reseller Application in the form that it has been provided to You by Your Reseller, visit xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx to contract directly with SFDC for such services. In the event Your access to the Reseller Application provides You with access to the SFDC Service generally or access to any SFDC Service functionality within it that is in excess to the functionality described in the Reseller Application’s user guide, and You have not separately subscribed under a written contract with SFDC for such access, then You agree to not access and use such functionality, and You agree that Your use of such functionality, or Your creation or use of additional custom objects in the Reseller Application beyond that which appears in the Reseller Application in the form that it has been provided to You by your Reseller, would be a material breach of this Agreement.

Use of Service. All use of the Service must be lawful. You agree not to use or to allow others to use the Service for illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to: invading another person’s privacy; unlawfully using, possessing, posting, transmitting or disseminating obscene, profane or pornographic material; posting, transmitting, distributing or disseminating content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise offensive or objectionable. Customers may not retransmit the Service or make the Service available to anyone outside the premises (i.e. Wi-Fi or other methods of networking). Customers may not use the Service to host any type of commercial server.
Use of Service. Customer agrees that: (i) the Service provided by WOW! will be utilized solely in accordance with this Agreement, all applicable laws and use policies adopted by WOW!. The Service may not be used to originate i l legal traffic. WOW! reserves the right to terminate your Service immediately and without advance notice if WOW!, in its sole discretion, believes that you have violated this Agreement, any law or applicable use policy, or you have used the Service to originate illegal traffic; (ii) unless you subscribe to a service plan that expressly permits otherwise (e.g., as part of a business services account), the Service provided by WOW! will be utilized solely for Customer’s personal, residential, non-commercial use in a private residence; in the living quarters in a hotel, hospital, dormitory, sorority or fraternity house, or boarding house; or in the residential portion of a premises used for both business and residential purposes. Customer shall not use the Service for any commercial or governmental activities, profit or non- profit, including but not limited to home office, business, call center services, sales, telecommuting, telemarketing, mechanized calling, autodialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, fax broadcast, fax blasting or any other activity that would be inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. Customer’s use of the Service in a manner that is inconsistent with typical residential calling and usage patterns as determined by WOW! in its sole discretion is prohibited. Calls must be originated and terminated at the service address listed on the account. Customer shall not resell or redistribute (whether for a fee or otherwise) the Service, or any portion thereof, or otherwise charge others to use the Service, or any portion thereof. Customer agrees that if Customer uses the Service for any prohibited non-residential purpose, Customer will pay any applicable higher rates for such use during all past periods; (iii) Customer will adhere to any WOW! policies, rules and regulations related to the Service. Customer acknowledges that WOW! may adopt or change such policies, rules and regulations at any time. WOW! reserves the right to disconnect Service without notice (except as required by applicable law) for any prohibited transmissions or uses and to terminate the Service in the event of a violation of the foregoing use restrictions or in the event of an excessive number of calls during a fixed period, heavy usage during busi...
Use of Service. We provide Service only for your private non-commercial use, enjoyment, and in-home viewing. With the exception of designated commercial packages, video programming may not be viewed in areas open to the public or in commercial establishments. You may not rebroadcast, transmit, or perform the programming, charge admission for its viewing, or transmit or distribute running accounts of it. You may not use any of our trademarks. The Company or any programming provider may prosecute violations of the foregoing against you and other responsible parties in any court of competent jurisdiction, under the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and other applicable laws and/or regulations.
