OF WORK OVERTIME. The following is intended to define the normal hours of work for the full time employees but shall not be as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week, or of days of work per week. The normal work week shall be forty-four hours a week, ten hours per day for a total of forty-four hours week depending the time schedule or shift arrangement of employee. OF WORK OVERTIME. The work week will be either thirty-seven and one-half (37 hours per week or forty (40) hours per week as designated by the Company and scheduled on five (5) days of the week. It is understood that the provisions of this Article are intended only to provide a basis for calculating time worked and shall not constitute a guarantee of hours of work per day, or days of work per week or for any period whatsoever, nor a guarantee of working schedules. Authorized work performed over seven and one-half (7 hours and up to eight (8) hours per day by an employee scheduled on a standard work week of thirty-seven and one-half (37 hours, shall be paid at the employee's equivalent hourly rate. OF WORK OVERTIME. The provisions of this Article are not to be interpreted as a guarantee of or limitation upon the hours of work to be done per day or per week or otherwise, nor as a guarantee of working schedules but shall serve to assist the parties in the computation of regular pay and overtime pay. If the Company decides to change work schedules, the Company will notify the Union and employees of the intended change and will, upon request of the Union, meet to discuss the matter. OF WORK OVERTIME. The following provisions designating regular hours on a daily shift and regular daily shifts over the Employer's working schedule shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be done on each shift or during each shift schedule. The normal work day shall consist of seven and one-half (7 hours per shift (exclusive of an unpaid meal time) and five (75) hours in a period. Such hours shall be worked in accordance with schedules and shifts as determined by the Employer.
