Explanation means a writing that:
Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
Reasonable suspicion means a basis for forming a belief based on specific facts and rational inferences drawn from those facts.
Detail means to engage in a Detail.
Particulars means the following:
Reasonable pupil means a pupil, including, but not limited to, an exceptional needs pupil, who exercises average care, skill, and judgment in conduct for a person of his or her age, or for a person of his or her age with his or her exceptional needs.
Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.
Substantiated means an abuse investigation has been completed by the Department or the Department's designee and the preponderance of the evidence establishes the abuse occurred.
Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
Reasonable in these circumstances means ‘using no more force than is needed’. The use of force may involve either passive physical contact, such as standing between pupils or blocking a pupil’s path, or active physical contact such as leading a pupil by the arm out of the classroom. Root Cause Analysis means the formal process, specified in the Policy and Procedures Manual, to be used by Supplier to diagnose the underlying cause of problems at the lowest reasonable level so that corrective action can be taken that will eliminate repeat failures. Supplier shall implement a Root Cause Analysis in accordance with the Service Levels.
Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.
Reasonable person means a reasonable person under similar circumstances and with similar identities to the victim.
Reasonable compensation means, with respect to a regularly employed officer or employee of any person, compensation that is consistent with the normal compensation for such officer or employee for work that is not furnished to, not funded by, or not furnished in cooperation with the Federal Government.
