Overtime will Clause Samples
The "Overtime will" clause defines the conditions under which overtime work is recognized and compensated. Typically, it specifies the circumstances that qualify as overtime, such as hours worked beyond the standard workweek, and outlines the rate of pay or compensatory time employees are entitled to for such hours. This clause ensures that employees are fairly compensated for extra work and helps employers comply with labor laws, thereby preventing disputes over pay and working hours.
