Paid Lunch Period. 9-1 All eight- (8) hour regular full-time Employees who report to work at 2 p.m. or after but prior to 5 a.m. will be given a 30-minute paid duty-free lunch period. All eight- (8) hour regular full-time Employees whose regular work day falls on a Saturday or Sunday will receive a 30-minute paid lunch period for those days.
Paid Lunch Period. 9-1 All police officers will be given a 30-minute paid lunch period in an eight- (8) or ten- (10) hour Work Day, subject to calls for service and as work load permits.
Paid Lunch Period. Employees working a nine-eighty (9/80) or four-forty (4/40) flex schedule shall receive a paid lunch period of not less than one- half (½) hour. These are the only employees who will receive a paid lunch period.
Paid Lunch Period. Employees working on shifts designated as a rotating shift shall have no time deducted for a lunch period, which shall be as short as possible.
Paid Lunch Period. Employees engaged in work requiring that they work during the entire shift without a lunch period shall be paid for or granted compensatory time for the length of the lunch period worked in accordance with the provisions of Section 7, Compensatory Time, of Article 11, Salary Administration.
