The Normal Work Day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with one-half (1/2) hour without pay being allowed for lunch.
Shift Work shall be paid for any portion of an employees’ eight (8) hour work day which falls outside of the Normal Work Day.

Normal Work Day A normal workday for regular full-time employees shall consist of 8 hours, 10 hours, or 12 hours as determined by the Employer and will be regularly scheduled for the employee.
Overtime hours worked prior to or after the Normal Work Day, Monday through Friday, shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times the Taxable Net Wage.
