Night Shift Premiums. Part-time employees who work on Night Crew shall receive a shift premium of ninety-five cents (954) per hour for the hours worked on the night shift. For the purposes of any Statutory Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, or Weekly Indemnity Benefits (where applicable) to which such an employee may be entitled in a week during which he is scheduled to work on a night crew, his hourly rate shall be deemed to include the premium aforesaid. Effective January 29, 2014, this premium shall increase to one dollar ($1.00) per hour.

Night Shift Premiums. (A) Drivers and Dispatchers subject to the scope of this Agreement shall be paid night shift premiums when applicable consistent with the Provisions of the Basic Agreement, Paragraph 4.
Night Shift Premiums. Where applicable a premium of 15% is added to employees’ hourly pay rates where those employees regularly work in shifts which start and finish at times other than The Company’s day shift. Where a day shift employee changes to regularly work during The Company’s night shift, then a premium of 15% paid in addition to their normal hourly rate. Where a afternoon/nightshift employee changes to regularly work during The Company’s day shift, then the 15% premium will be removed. For the purposes of interpreting this clause, regularly means more than 4 consecutive days.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Shift Premiums (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.

In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein. Contract Charges:

  • Lease Payments No Borrower will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, incur or assume (whether pursuant to a Guarantee or otherwise) any liability for rental payments except in the Ordinary Course of Business.
