The Department will. (a) conduct and maintain a health and wellbeing program; (b) develop and promote programs that facilitate employee awareness of, and dealing with, bullying and harassment in the workplace; (c) monitor OH&S issues and make available funding within budget for activities which address prevailing OH&S issues including, for example, personal protective equipment; (d) make available annual influenza vaccinations to all employees; (e) provide access by employees and their families to the Employee Assistance Program; and (f) provide access to specialist critical incident stress debriefing to employees as required. 22.5 The Department will provide access to flu shots and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Upon receipt of this signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from HA, create an account for HA and email instructions to the single point of contact on how to access and log in to the website. • Provide HA with income verification information on the secured Idaho child Support Website. • Monitor as needed that the HA has signed Authorizations for Release of Information with their clients to obtain information for the HA from the Department on their behalf.

The Department will permit the use of bulletin boards in approved locations for the posting of official Association notices. Such notices will be posted by a designated member of the Association and will relate to Association business and activities. It is understood that no material will be posted on the bulletin boards at any time which contains: ▸ Personal attacks upon any member or any other employee; ▸ Scandalous, scurrilous, or derogatory attacks upon the administration; ▸ Attacks on any other employee organization, regardless of whether the organization has local membership; ▸ Attacks on and/or favorable comments regarding a candidate for any public political office.
