Program Manager. Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

Program Manager. The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Program Manager is designated for the Project that is the subject of the Contract Documents, then all references to Program Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.
Program Manager. An entity hired by the School Board of Broward County to execute the delivery of the projects and act as the Owner’s Representative.
Program Manager. The Program Manager is either appointed or retained in accordance with the Program Manager Contract (i) for the design and preparation of Programmatic Documents which are necessary to implement the Program governing the construction of the Project or Components thereof, and the review and approval of any necessary Schematic Design Documents, or other documents antecedent to preparation of such Construction Documents, or (ii) for review of the Work under Contract Documents, or (iii) for both. The term “Program Manager” includes engineers, surveyors, designers and the other consultants retained by the Program Manager.
Program Manager. The Department has engaged a Program Manager to provide certain program management functions. Such Program Manager shall, at all times, be acting solely for the benefit of the Department, not the Design-Builder. The Design-Builder hereby acknowledges and agrees that only a duly authorized and designated contracting officer shall have the authority to issue Change Orders or Change Directives on the Department’s behalf. As of the date that this Agreement is signed, the Department’s duly authorizing contracting officers are set forth in Exhibit I.
Program Manager. Any program manager hired to perform program management services for the District, including all Consultant(s) to the Program Manager. If no Program Manager is hired by the District for the Project, then all references to “Program Manager” shall be read and interpreted as the District.
Program Manager. At its discretion, the Department may hire a Program Manager (or “PM”) to provide certain program management functions. The Program Manager shall not have the authority to modify any of the rights or obligations of the Department or the A/E pursuant to this Agreement, or to issue Change Orders or Change Directives. The A/E hereby acknowledges and agrees that only a duly authorized contracting officer shall have the authority to issue Change Orders or Change Directives on the Department’s behalf. As of the date that this Agreement is signed, the Department’s duly authorized contracting officers are as set forth in Section 1.9 of the Agreement. Unless otherwise provided herein, all deliverables hereunder shall be submitted to the PM.

Program Manager. The County shall appoint a Program Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the Term of this Contract. The County’s Program Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. The County’s Program Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Account Manager from providing services to County under this Contract. The County’s Program Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such request for removal of Contractor’s Account Manager. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within three (3) day after written notice by the County’s Program Manager. The County’s Program Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Account Manager. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale for the request for removal of Contractor’s Account Manager from providing further services under this Contract.
