ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SURVIVAL OF WARRANTIES 10.1 The Trust on behalf of the Acquired Fund and the Acquiring Trust on behalf of the Acquiring Fund agree that neither party has made any representation, warranty or covenant not set forth herein and that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT CLAUSE This Agreement supersedes and cancels all previous Agreements or past practices between the Board and the Association and constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. Any amendment or Agreement supplemental hereto shall not be binding upon either party unless executed, in writing, by the parties hereto.
Wage Schedules The Parties shall, upon completing a wage adjustment calculation, forthwith prepare, publish, post and distribute a wage schedule resulting therefrom. The final determination of the wage schedules shall be issued no later than the 7th day of March or September, for the May and November adjustments, respectively.
Schedules Incorporated The Schedules annexed hereto are hereby incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement with the same effect as if set forth in the body hereof.
