OF UNION DUES. All employees who are now members of the Union shall remain members of the Union and all new employees shall become members of the Union after they have completed their probationary period as a condition of employment. Employees will be required to permit the deduction from their pay, each pay period, of an amount equivalent to the regular dues of the Union commencing in the case of new employees at the time of the regular monthly on the first day of employment. Subject only to the provisions of Section of the Canada Labour Code, all employees will be required to sign an authorization for the deduction of Union dues and other amounts designated by the Union.
