Work or Services means all responsibilities of a Successful Bidder as covered in this tender.INTERPRETATIONS
Work or Services means all work to be performed, services to be provided, and equipment to be furnished as identified in the Solicitation. For purposes of the Solicitation the words "shall", "must", or "will" are equivalent in the Solicitation and indicate a mandatory requirement or condition.
Work or Services means all the labor, materials, machinery, supplies, furnishings, facilities, tools, services, equipment, structures, and including those things reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents to complete the Project.

Related to Work or Services

  • Service or services means the performance of work, or the furnishing of labor, time, or effort, or any combination thereof, not involving or connected to the delivery or ownership of a specified end product or goods or a manufacturing process. Service or services may also include an arrangement in which a vendor compensates the Board for the vendor's right to operate a concession.
