Work or Services means all work to be performed, services to be provided, and equipment to be furnished as identified in the Solicitation. For purposes of the Solicitation the words "shall", "must", or "will" are equivalent in the Solicitation and indicate a mandatory requirement or condition. 2. Work or Services means all the labor, materials, machinery, supplies, furnishings, planning, supervision, facilities, tools, construction services, equipment, structures, and all things reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents to complete the Project.
