More Definitions of Bargaining Unit Employees

Bargaining Unit Employees means all Employees who are covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Seller and the United Food & Commercial Workers, AFL-CIO, Local 354 (the "Union") dated October 17, 1994 (the "Union Contract"), relating to hourly paid individuals at the Cedartown Facility, (2) the term "Non-Represented Employees" shall mean all employees of the Business other than Active Bargaining Unit Employees, (3) the term "Transferred Non-Represented Employees" shall mean all Non-Represented Employees who accept Buyer's offer of employment, (4) the term "Transferred Bargaining Unit Employees" shall mean all Bargaining Unit Employees who accept Buyer's offer of employment and (5) the term "Transferred Employees"
Bargaining Unit Employees means all full and part-time Classified Employees of the County, except managerial, supervisor and confidential employees, elected officials and employees hired under specific federal or state government funding.

Bargaining Unit Employees. Purchaser shall assume on the Closing Date the collective bargaining agreements set forth on Schedule 5.1.18(a) and shall employ each of the United States bargaining unit Employees who are employed on the Closing Date and are covered by such agreements; provided, however, except to the extent of the amount accrued on the Closing Statement prepared in accordance with Section 3.2(c), Seller shall remain responsible for employee welfare benefits for U.S. bargaining unit Employees who are not actively at work on the Closing Date until the date such employees commence active work with Purchaser or any of its Affiliates.
Bargaining Unit Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.15.
Bargaining Unit Employees means all employees of Seller who work at the Hotel and are covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement set forth in Sections 9(b) through Section 9(f) will apply to Purchaser if and to the extent that Seller immediately before the Closing has a corresponding and direct obligation to Hotel Employees or to Bargaining Unit Employees and to their Union. The provisions of Section 9(f), and any obligation of Purchaser thereunder shall be to the same extent and have the same nature as that of Seller immediately before the Closing. The provisions of Section 9(h) will operate and be applied, if and only to the extent that Seller has an obligation to contribute to the Retirement Plan that runs directly to such plan. Nothing in this Section 9 is intended by its own force and without the consent of Purchaser to increase any obligation or commitment of Purchaser beyond the obligation or commitment that Seller has immediately before the Closing.
