At least fifteen (15) days before such record date, the Trustee shall mail to each Holder and the Company a notice that states the record date, the payment date and the amount to be paid.

Any notice so delivered or mailed shall be deemed to have been given to the Company at the time it is delivered or mailed, as the case may be.
