Hourly Wage. The hourly wage shall be determined by dividing the daily salary rate by six (6).

The maintenance pay shall then be paid from the first day and will continue for each consecutive day worked on maintenance, and shall be the lowest maintenance rate or the employee’s current rate plus $2.00/hour.
Hourly Wage. 14.01 The Parties agree to maintain the Pay Equity Agreement dated June 27, 1995 as revised through Pay Equity Maintenance.
