DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).
Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will diligently
Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.
OFAC List means the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons subject to financial sanctions that is maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control and any other similar list maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control pursuant to any Legal Requirements (or is such list does not exist, the similar list then being maintained by the United States, including, without limitation, trade embargo, economic sanctions, or other prohibitions imposed by Executive Order of the President of the United States. The OFAC List currently is accessible through the internet website at www.treas.gov/ofac/t11sdn.pdf.
Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.
SDN List shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.21.
OFAC SDN List means the list of the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by OFAC.
Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
Sanctions List means the “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” list maintained by OFAC, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets and the Investment Ban List maintained by HMT, or any similar list maintained by, or public announcement of Sanctions designation made by, any of the Sanctions Authorities.
Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.
Watch List or words of similar import, together with the principal amount of and accrued and unpaid interest on each such Loan and the identity of the borrower thereunder, (ii) by category of Loan (i.e., commercial, consumer, etc.), all of the other Loans of the Company and its Subsidiaries that as of the date of this Agreement are classified as such, together with the aggregate principal amount of and accrued and unpaid interest on such Loans by category and (iii) each asset of the Company that as of the date of this Agreement is classified as "Other Real Estate Owned" and the book value thereof. The Company shall promptly inform Buyer in writing of any Loan that becomes classified in the manner described in the previous sentence, or any Loan the classification of which is changed, at any time after the date of this Agreement.
List has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.6;
State Sanctions List means a list that is adopted by any state Governmental Authority within the United States of America pertaining to Persons that engage in investment or other commercial activities in Iran or any other country that is a target of economic sanctions imposed under U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws.
Do Not Hire List The list, as may be updated at any time, provided by the Depositor to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator, the Trustee, the Operating Advisor or the Asset Representations Reviewer, which lists certain parties identified by the Depositor as having failed to comply (after any applicable cure period) with their respective obligations under Article XI of this Agreement or as having failed to comply (after any applicable cure period) with any similar Regulation AB reporting requirements under any other securitization transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, as of the Closing Date, no parties appear on the Do Not Hire List.
Government List means any of (i) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of Commerce (Denied Persons and Entities), (ii) the list maintained by the United States Department of Treasury (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons), and (iii) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of State (Terrorist Organizations and Debarred Parties).
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by OFAC pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (Sept. 25, 2001) and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable Executive Orders.
Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.
Waiting List means the list of selected candidates waiting for appointment;
URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.
CREFC® Schedule AL File The data file in the “Schedule AL File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information required by Items 1111(h)(1), 1111(h)(2) and 1111(h)(3) of Regulation AB, Item 1125 of Regulation AB and Item 601(b)(102) of Regulation S-K and otherwise called for therein, or such other form containing such required information for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Exclusion List means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available through the Internet at http://www.oig.hhs.gov).
Priority List means the list created by the Department each biennium pursuant to ORS 286A.801 and the formula outlined in OAR 581-027-0010.
Official List means the official list of entities that ASX has admitted and not removed;
Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
