A List of the insurance provisions in respect of this Framework Agreement and each Contract arising hereunder is in Schedule 13 of this Framework Agreement. In complying with the provisions of Clause 24.3, insurance cover procured by the SUPPLIER shall be on substantially the same terms as those specified in Schedule 13 of this Framework Agreement.
