EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. The employees covered by this Agreement are: All full-time employees of the College holding full-time positions as Academic Advisor, Counselor, or Faculty as certified and amended by the Commission of Industrial Relations in cases No. 167 and 1026. Currently, the College does not employ any Campus Librarians, Vocational Evaluators, or Career Awareness Leaders which were previously represented by the Association. To the extent the College, in the future, employs persons in these positions (as certified in case No. 167) the College and the Association will include them in this bargaining unit and will negotiate their inclusion on the salary schedule at that time. If the College employs persons in positions that are substantially similar, the College and the Association will negotiate their re-inclusion in this bargaining unit at that time. No other employees of the College shall be covered hereby.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 2.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the word "Firefighters" shall mean all full- time Firefighter employees of the Corporation's Fire Department, with the exception of the Chief, the Deputy Chief of Administration and the Deputy Chief of Operations.

EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Present and future employees of the Corporation, as described by the Canada Labour Relations Board certificate issued January 11, 1960 and amendments thereof, who are assigned to positions classified in APPENDIX "A" or amendments thereof.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Any employee working in a job classification in the Automotive/Equipment Mechanics Unit shall be covered by this Agreement except as hereinafter provided. Additionally, any career employee covered by this Agreement who accepts a temporary appointment to a classification outside this Agreement shall continue to be covered by this Agreement for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. Such temporary appointment shall be treated as an out-of-classification assignment. Similarly, a career employee not covered by this Agreement who accepts a temporary appointment to a classification covered by this Agreement shall not fall under the provisions of this Agreement for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. The City shall not make temporary appointments under this provision for the sole purpose of eroding the bargaining unit. The following terms are defined as used throughout this Agreement: Career Employees: Those employees having either probationary or permanent status in a classification covered by this Agreement.

EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Upon ratification, only those eligible individuals currently employed by Antrim County and on the payroll at the time of ratification, and eligible employees hired in the future, shall be covered by the Agreement.
