EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. The employees covered by this Agreement are: All full-time employees of the College holding full-time positions as Academic Advisor, Counselor, or Faculty as certified and amended by the Commission of Industrial Relations in cases No. 167 and 1026. Currently, the College does not employ any Campus Librarians, Vocational Evaluators, or Career Awareness Leaders which were previously represented by the Association. To the extent the College, in the future, employs persons in these positions (as certified in case No. 167) the College and the Association will include them in this bargaining unit and will negotiate their inclusion on the salary schedule at that time. If the College employs persons in positions that are substantially similar, the College and the Association will negotiate their re-inclusion in this bargaining unit at that time. No other employees of the College shall be covered hereby.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. All Junior Computer Operators and Senior Computer Operators employed within Computing Services shall be covered by this Agreement.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Present and future employees of the Corporation, as described by the Canada Labour Relations Board certificate issued January 11, 1960 and amendments thereof, who are assigned to positions classified in APPENDIX "A" or amendments thereof.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 2.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the word "Firefighters" shall mean all full- time Firefighter employees of the Corporation's Fire Department, with the exception of the Chief, the Deputy Chief of Administration and the Deputy Chief of Operations.
2.02 For the purpose of this agreement, the word "Probationer" shall mean a Firefighter for the first twelve (12) months of employment plus any extension thereof. The provisions of this agreement shall apply to Probationers unless otherwise stated. Upon mutual agreement by both parties, the probationary period may be extended by the length of absence due to illness and work related injuries, if in excess of eight (8) working days.
2.03 During the probationary period, as stated in 2.02, neither the Probationer nor the Association may grieve regarding discharge, provided that, at the request of the Association, a meeting will be held to discuss with the Association the discharge of the employee.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Employees employed in the Milwaukee Police Department, in active service in the following position classifications, shall be covered by this Agreement during its term so long as they remain in active service and within such classifications: Police Sergeant Administrative Lieutenant of Police (Health and Safety) Administrative Lieutenant of Police Lieutenant of Police Lieutenant of Detectives Captain of Police Deputy Inspector of Police Police Identification Supervisor Communications Systems Manager
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Plumbers, Unregistered Plumbers and Plumbers Labourers engaged on works as specified in the Award.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Plumbers, Unregistered Plumbers, Plumber’s Labourers and Apprentice Plumbers.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Upon ratification, only those eligible individuals currently employed by Antrim County and on the payroll at the time of ratification, and eligible employees hired in the future, shall be covered by the Agreement.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. Plumbers, Unregistered Plumbers, Plumbers Labourers and Apprentice Plumbers engaged in work as specified in the Schedules hereto.
EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. The employees covered by this Agreement shall be all of the employees of the Company in the Sudbury District, except:
(a) Supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor
(b) Office, Clerical and Technical staff, including those individuals in the Office, Clerical and Technical Bargaining Unit,
(c) Employees in a confidential capacity in matters relating to labour relations. The words "employee" and "employees" wherever used in this Agreement refer to such employees as are covered by this Agreement. Words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine.
