DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. The employer shall deduct union fees from the wages and salaries of members of the union when authorised in writing by members. The employer will forward the monies with the names and the individual amounts deducted to the union.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. 42.1 The Employer shall deduct employee NZNO fees from the wages/salaries of employees when authorised in writing by members, and shall remit such subscriptions to the NZNO at agreed intervals.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. The employer shall deduct Union fees from the salaries of members of APEX when authorised in writing by the employee. These fees shall be forwarded to APEX on a monthly basis together with a list of members to whom the fees apply.

DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. 8.1.1 In accordance with authorities signed by individual employees the employer shall arrange for the deduction of union subscriptions for all union members covered by this contract except in cases agreed to between the employer and the union.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. 35.1 The employer will deduct union fees from the wages of E tū members when authorised in writing by members and shall remit such monies to the union at agreed intervals that shall be no greater than monthly. The monies will be paid by direct credit to the union’s bank account, with an identifying reference. The employer shall simultaneously forward to the union via e- mail where possible or by post a schedule detailing the name of the employee, value of deductions, and where possible site and details of the period covered by the remittance.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. The employer shall deduct Union fees from the salaries of members of NZRDA when authorised in writing by employees. These fees shall be forwarded the NZRDA on a monthly basis together with a list of members to whom the fees apply.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. Upon a request in writing, Council shall provide a payroll deduction scheme for any Employee/s who wish to have their Union fees deducted from their payroll.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. Where an employee has authorised in writing the deduction of fees for an employee representative organisation party to this agreement, the employer will remit, at not more than monthly intervals, such deductions to the employee representative organisation together with a list of employees for whom the deductions have been made.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES. With the written consent of individual NZEI Te Riu Roa members, Barnardos shall arrange for the deduction of union fees for all members covered by this Agreement who so request. Union fees shall be remitted to NZEI Te Riu Roa on a fortnightly basis accompanied by a schedule of members for whom the deduction has been made.
