The Employer, at its discretion, may hire the employees listed or from other sources.

EMPLOYMENT POLICY AND UNION MEMBERSHIP. 5.01 All Mapleridge employees that are represented by the Union are to be in good standing within their union and their employment is governed by the current collective bargaining agreement. If there is a conflict between the terms of the Mapleridge Employee Handbook and the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement, the collective agreement shall have precedence. All employees shall be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Mapleridge Employee Handbook.
