Bus Driver definition

Bus Driver means an employee covered by this Contract.
Bus Driver or “School Bus Driver” means an individual who has met all the federal and state requirements to operate a school bus for the purposes of transporting students to home, school and other school-related activities.
Bus Driver. - means an employee who transports clients by mini-bus to and from Day Programs and activities.

More Definitions of Bus Driver

Bus Driver means: i) A School District employee who is required to have a commercial drivers' license ("CDL") to perform the employee's duties; ii) Employees of independent contractors who are required to have a CDL; iii) Owner-operators; iv) Leased drivers; and
