Master List definition

Master List means a list or an electronic system for the storage of the names of prospective jurors
Master List. With respect to a Contract, the related Master List (as such term is defined in the related SUBI Supplement).
Master List means a list of names and addresses, or identifying numbers of prospective jurors, randomly selected from the source list.

More Definitions of Master List

Master List means the list of actual voters for the county which shall be supplemented with names from other sources prescribed pursuant to this chapter (section 27-09.1-05) in order to foster the policy and protect the rights secured by this chapter (sections 27-09.1-01 and 27-09.1-02).
