Conditions of Employment. It is a term and condition of employment and of the obligations and rights occurring under this Agreement, that an employee:
Conditions of Employment. When a license and/or certification is required as a part of the qualifications for a position prior to the appointment of an employee into the affected position, the employee will be responsible for the initial cost of the license and/or certification. Thereafter, the employee will be responsible for maintaining the license and/or certification and for all renewal costs.

If an employee is not fully vaccinated by October 18, 2021 and has officially submitted retirement paperwork to DRS, the employee may use accrued vacation leave or leave without pay until their retirement date. This provision expires on December 31, 2021. The use of accrued leave shall be subject to the definitions and provisions contained in the collective bargaining agreement.
Conditions of Employment. 12.1 In accordance with clauses 6 and 7 of this Agreement, the Company agrees to provide to the employees covered by the Agreement all the conditions of employment provided in the Glass Merchants and Glazing Contractors General Xxxxxxxx Consolidated Award 1997, with the exception of Clauses 12, 15.2.1, 37.5 and 41.3.
